Bali Singaraja

Most of the north coast falls under the regency of Buleleng, once Bali’s chief port. This long contact with outside influences is reflected in the ethnic diversity of its population and as a starting place for new artistic development which spread south. The ruling house came to power in the 17th century and conquered parts of Karangasem, Jembrana, and East Java, forming and alliance with Mengwi that lasted until the end of the 18th century when Karangasem returned to power and took Buleleng. During the mid 1800s the Dutch defeated Buleleng in their first attempt to take Bali. The Dutch made Singaraja Bali’s first capital, which still has some colonial buildings and Chinese temples. The largest collection in Bali of Lontar plam-leaf books is kept at the Gedong Kertya Library outside the city: the Sasana Budaya Art Center is more central

Out west is the tourist resort area of Lovina, with quiet blaksand beaches. Exciting bull races take place annually in some neighboring villages. Views are dramatic from the winding coastal road. Relax in the sulfurous Air Panas hot springs at Banjar out west, which also has a Buddist monastery. Ice cold swims can be enjoyed at Air Sanih out east, fed by cool natural springs. In the mountains south of Singaraja are the silversmithing village of Bratan and the dramatic Gitgit Waterfall with picnic facilities. Higher up are beautiful views of lakes Tamblingan and Buyan; Monkeys often play at the roadsides. Out west are the Pulaki and Dalem Melanting temples and the gravesite of the folk – hero Jayaprana.
Towards the east are the eleboratery carved Pura Beji at Sangsit and Pura Maduwe Karang at Kubutambahan with the famous flower – wheeled bicycle, and the beautiful Kartalangu temple and the unusual Ponjok Batu formed of countless stone slabs. The Pura Dalem temple at Jagaraga has reliefs of crashing planes and car robberies, and Sawan has a foundry temples, and nearby Tejakula boasts some rare forms of ritual dance. And more good for farmer and few panorama you can stay also in Villa Senyum at canggu.

Badung and Denpasar

The Badung regency inludes Bali's capital city of Denpasar and the major tourist beach resort centers. The Badung kingkom rose during the 19th century with the growing importance of trade and as the Dutch defeated other Balinese rulers. This ended in 1906 with the Dutch massacre of the Badung house which refused to pay for the looting of a wrecked ship off Sanur.

The final battle is commemorated by the large statue at the Lapangan Puputan field in the center of Denpasar. Across the street is the Museum Bali with traditional artifact. the huge Pasar Badung offers everything imaginable for sale, and Satria has a bird market. The Pura Maospahit temple has unusual architecture, and beyond the city in Mengwi are the beautiful temples of Sada and Taman Ayun with its Museum Yadnya of ritual items. Werdi Budaya Art Center with art collections and perfomances. Every, Music, and dance. The beaches in Sanur are safe for swimming, with sunrises over the nearby island of Nusa Penida, home of demon-king of black magic. Sanur has many trance ceremonies and ritual dance to counteract his evil. Many purification rites are held on the beaches, particularly before lunar new year in March. Sea temples dot the coast, with the important, ancient Sakenan on Serangan island further south. At beaches in Kuta and Legian swim only in safe areas marked by flags. Sanur and Kuta-Legian are know for their shops, restaurant and night life. Towards the Bukit peninsula is the fishing village of Jimbaran with Pura Ulun Siwi. Trance rituals often take place in front of this temple. On Bali's southernmost tip is the breathtaking Uluwatu - great for viewing sunsets with a small colony of monkeys. Surfing beach are located below this temple. The newest tourist resort of Nusa Dua has luxury hotels set amidst grand landscaped gardens. Fishing villages and a Chinese temple at-test to the importance of Tanjung Benoa in seatrade. Canggu are nice also beautiful place and Villa Senyum good fo stay for quiet break and honeymoon's and holiday for natural plaace.
